While I was being very impatient, they were great and took it in stride. They got my car battery rebuilt, wasnt too too expensive, and they were helpful and did a good job!!! Definitely would recommend them to friends and family!!! The girl in the office is super friendly and helpful as well!!!

Great same day service! I had the check engine light on my 2015 Prius and they provided a free scan. Luckily no issues, but I’ll be coming back!

Had a great experience here getting an alignment done on my Tesla. The car was pulling slightly to the right and the steering wheel didn't feel completely centered, and they took care of the alignment and made sure my tire pressures were properly adjusted as well.

I'm pretty particular about how my car is treated, especially with the white interior, and I really appreciated that they covered the seats and took extra care while working on it. The car was returned to me clean and everything was handled professionally.

India at the front desk was also incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the whole process. Great customer service and I felt comfortable leaving my car with them.

Overall, a really smooth experience. They took good care of both the car and me as a customer. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an alignment or other service, especially if you're particular about your vehicle.

First time at this service center. I was a little nervous at first because I’m still new to driving a Tesla, so I worried they will start looking at me bit weird for not being able to answer to any Tesla related issues to the mechanics.Everyone is so nice, especially the lady in the office and I would like to come here again for any future vehicle problem.

He really understands Toyota's hybrid battery system, snd really took time to explain to me what went wrong and how he fixed the battery. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Went to check if coolant is leaking in my Tesla MS 2018 LDU. Thankfully no leak but will bring it in for a coolant delete. Personnel are professional and place very clean. I liked that fasteners were put in cup so no missing one during re-assembly.

Genuine, honest, fair pricing, and got the job done! I went to a mechanic that charged me $800, claimed they fixed the issue and my car broke down again the next day. I decided to get a second opinion and came to this shop; they did a very thorough inspection and fixed the issue for a fraction of the price of the first mechanic. Highly recommend!!!!

And i always found my self coming back almost every month! They told me it was because my car is old. Adam, on the other hand, is honest, and professional. He checked my car, fixed it, and it’s been running great for almost two years now without me needing to change anything else internally. To this day, I won’t go to anyone else until I talk to Adam. I trust his work and I definitely recommend him!

1st visit: 6/11/22 If I could give this place more than 5 stars, it would be beyond. Adam is the real deal. His entire team and staff really make your car troubles seem less troublesome. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing and are continuously improving their services while maintaining their professionalism. The worries you have about your car fade away as everyone here are friendly, honest, and offer you the best solution with a very reasonable price. Prius and Tesla service center in Santa Clara with their genius technicians and owner Adam found what was wrong with my 2013 RAV4 EV car and they fixed it made me so happy cause, when I took it Toyota dealership repair shop in Stevens Creek they said that the battery is bad needs replacement cost $80k

The store is really amazing.my Tesla car was not fixed properly at elsewhere due to an accident,the owner here diagnosed it for free and provided the repair plan,it's so great .a store that treats customers so well must be very responsible,I highly recommend to visit when you have trouble in the car.

Came here with someone who has a Prius and was having battery issues. They asked me to come with them because they didn't know English.

This shop has great customer service from the front desk lady to the owner who I think is the technician/mechanic.

Besides having great customer service, they both are very knowledgeable of hybrids. They provided 3 options with the cost and warranty for each. Reasonable prices.

I don't have a Prius or a hybrid but if I ever own one, I will come here or send anyone in need of battery help here for sure.

To top it off, this shop also seems very trustworthy. Bookmarking this for future reference.
