Adam also offered to fix my stuck hood for free (other stores outside could of charged me hundreds of dollars easily). The gentleman that took care of me provided me with the quote that I requested, and went beyond that! He provided me valid guidance as to what's needed (vs the add-ons from the leadership) and tapped up my Priu's cooling system fluids, since the dealer did not tapped the fluids ( I just picked my car from maintenance at the dealership )In the past, I brought my car to this shop to put the catalytic converter guard, and the experience was excellent. I plan to have my car serviced here for the required maintenance on my Prius, instead of going to the leadership.Based on my past experience and today's experience, the staff at Hybrid Experts are awesome! read less

He was extremely helpful, he performed a free diagnostic and walked with me through every step of what the issue was & what would be our solution. All my engine lights were turned on on my dashboard and the car was no longer running. Adam and Farraj provided me with excellent customer service. They made sure to perform their best professional labor, my car was supposed to be ready in 3 days but they had my car ready by the next day! Adam went ahead and performed extra labor, he cleaned out my engine fan at no extra cost. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer, I couldn’t be in better hands. read less

Nearby dealerships wanted $5000. I took it to Adam and he diagnosed the problem for free and offered to do the job for less than $3000. He was extremely professional and very helpful. After talking with him at length about this and other EV issues it was clear that he understood EVs very well, extremely in-depth. I would go back to him in a heartbeat. We took my daughter's 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid into them after two Ford dealerships failed to diagnose a wrench light issue that sometimes resulted in a forced "pull over now" message on the dash. The car would then be inoperable for a short period until it was restarted after a short wait. In each case, the dealer's mechanics said they couldn't diagnose it unless the problem was occurring in front of them at that moment. One dealer said that if they had the car for a few weeks that they might be able to do something. Adam was able to drive it and record the problem in one day. The diagnosis was a relatively inexpensive blend door motor that directs air over the battery to cool it. The fix has solved the problem after we lived through the pain for months. We are very glad that we brought it in and saved a lot of money versus the dealer. They really have good hybrid knowledge, even more than the dealer that is supposed to back the car. Highly recommended. read less
