Genuine, honest, fair pricing, and got the job done! I went to a mechanic that charged me $800, claimed they fixed the issue and my car broke down again the next day. I decided to get a second opinion and came to this shop; they did a very thorough inspection and fixed the issue for a fraction of the price of the first mechanic. Highly recommend!!!!

1st visit: 6/11/22 If I could give this place more than 5 stars, it would be beyond. Adam is the real deal. His entire team and staff really make your car troubles seem less troublesome. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing and are continuously improving their services while maintaining their professionalism. The worries you have about your car fade away as everyone here are friendly, honest, and offer you the best solution with a very reasonable price. Prius and Tesla service center in Santa Clara with their genius technicians and owner Adam found what was wrong with my 2013 RAV4 EV car and they fixed it made me so happy cause, when I took it Toyota dealership repair shop in Stevens Creek they said that the battery is bad needs replacement cost $80k

The store is really amazing.my Tesla car was not fixed properly at elsewhere due to an accident,the owner here diagnosed it for free and provided the repair plan,it’s so great .a store that treats customers so well must be very responsible,I highly recommend to visit when you have trouble in the car.

Came here with someone who has a Prius and was having battery issues. They asked me to come with them because they didn’t know English.

This shop has great customer service from the front desk lady to the owner who I think is the technician/mechanic.

Besides having great customer service, they both are very knowledgeable of hybrids. They provided 3 options with the cost and warranty for each. Reasonable prices.

I don’t have a Prius or a hybrid but if I ever own one, I will come here or send anyone in need of battery help here for sure.

To top it off, this shop also seems very trustworthy. Bookmarking this for future reference.

They were able to help me last minute without an appointment when a supercharger pin was stuck in the charge port of my Tesla. Highly recommend!

I brought my older Fiat 500e here for a free reading of the car’s systems in preparation for selling it, and they gave me an accurate sense of its problems and the cost to improve its batteries–I passed that information along to the person who purchased the vehicle so they could make an informed choice on what they were buying.

This service center is GREAT. They are total experts at what they do, and they do business with great honesty and integrity. My Prius V had issues with the inverter. (My mechanic of 30+ years diagnosed it as such, but he does not fix these Hybrid issues). I brought it here. These guys gave me an appointment promptly, I arrived for the appointment, they ran diagnostics on the car, FREE. The tech pulled up related Toyota Customer Service Bulletins and told me that this issue is very likely covered. And advised me to take it into the dealer to see if they would fix this under the extended Inverter Warranty. They gave me all the printouts for the diags they did as well as the Toyota Customer Service Bulletins.

In the event the dealer refused to fix it, they gave me a reasonable quote for which they could fix it.

I took it to the Toyota dealer the next business day, and showed the dealer the reports these guys had given me. The dealer agreed to fix it under warranty.

I would recommend the “Prius and Tesla Service Center” very highly ! Special shoutout to the young lady in the office as well as the service tech that advised me. Both of you are amazing !!

Very honorable and honest professionals. The warning message on my Prius popped up, “the cooling performance of the hybrid battery is low, consult a dealer”. My experiences with dealers have never been ideal. If I had gone to a dealer, the dealer would, as it did with my other Prius, for sure recommend a new hybrid battery pack with a cost of at least $4,000, since this Prius already has more than 320,000 miles on a original hybrid battery pack. Shereen of Prius and Tesla Service Center suggested that I should go in for a free inspection of my battery pack before doing anything else. I took my car in for the inspection the very next day. After spending some time inspecting my car, the master mechanic informed me that the air filter was full of dust, and it is blocking airflow to the battery pack. He suggested that by cleaning and even getting the rid of the air filter, which was not part of the original out of factory components from Toyota, the air will flow unobtrusively to the battery pack and the warning message will disappear. Sure enough, after airflow has bern cleared, the warning message went away and my Prius started running well again. When asked how much was the cost for what he did on my car, he said there was no charge. I was stunned by his generous gesture, as if I had gone to a dealer instead, the answer would have been thousands of dollars for a new hybrid battery pack. Nowadays it is rare to find honest and honorable people like the professionals at Prius and Tesla Service Center. Based on my experiences as a Prius owners, 2 since 2015, I would give my highest recommendation on this business entity to anyone needing works on their Prius.

This place doesn’t need another 5 star review, but they deserve it. I brought my Prius hybrid in here after having issues with Toyota, and am so glad I did. They were fair with their approach and costs, and gave me the option of repairing a broken car part with a brand new one (over $1k) or a used but perfectly working version ($400). The mechanic seemed thorough in their diagnostic too. So grateful the AAA driver recommended this place, I saved hundreds here compared to Toyota. Thank you for a job well done!

I was recommended by a friend to check this place out and was pleasantly surprised when scanning over prices on their website. I ended up getting my car serviced here and within a day, everything was up and working again. Kat was very friendly and helpful. Adam was very informative and patient with my numerous questions. I appreciate the team for making this speedy and cost-efficient. I ended up spending half as much as I intended to pay and am more than satisfied with the experience. This place has already been recommended to my family and friends by me. If I find myself in need of service again for my Lexus CT200h, I will be coming straight over.

I was looking for an alternative to the Toyota dealership service center and found this garage close to home. Adam was kind and accommodating when we spoke and set me up with changing water pump, spark plugs, brake fluid, all the regular scheduled maintenance stuff. they’ve done a fix for me twice now – once for my catalytic converter theft and the next for my 12V battery. they’re very responsive and give very reasonable quotes (for reference the amount i paid for my 12V replacement here INCLUDING LABOR was the cost of the battery alone at other places, plus once the battery came in it only took them about half an hour to do the work, so i had my car back within the day once i brought it to the shop). for as long as i have my prius and i’m in the area i’ll be coming back here

Brought my 09 camry hybrid here. It looks like a POS but I love it. Very happy with the service and good communication, they went the extra mile and did things they didn’t have to which any busy place wouldn’t.

Very happy to have my car back on the road. I was willing to pay double what they charged.

I took my 2010 Toyota Prius here a couple months ago to have the EGR system cleaned and was recommended by Adam to also have the PCV valve replaced and the intake manifold cleaned as it was pretty clogged up. In addition, I also got my spark plugs changed. They offer a great price compared to other shops around and hands down much cheaper than dealerships. I scheduled an appointment for same day when I called and they got my car back to me within the evening. My car’s gas mileage is back to 48-50mpg with mixed driving. Definitely come here if you have a Prius or Lexus with the Toyota hybrid system.

We had an alert pop up for our 2010 Lexus 450H hybrid. We have two older hybrids, so I have some basic experience with the diagnostic codes. This time it was one I wasn’t familiar with, and it was a potentially serious problem.

Adam and his crew did a basic diagnosis and determined the issue was likely either a sensor or a cable. The sensor would have been stupid expensive to replace, but he thought of an alternate fix that would have save many $$.

Fortunately when they got in to do the fix it he discovered it was the cable after all. Most likely chewed through by a rat. I really appreciated that Adam was up front with the possibilities, and thought through options from my perspective. This will be my go to place for any future problems.
