The gentleman that took care of me provided me with the quote that I requested, and went beyond that! He provided me valid guidance as to what's needed (vs the add-ons from the leadership) and tapped up my Priu's cooling system fluids, since the dealer did not tapped the fluids ( I just picked my car from maintenance at the dealership )In the past, I brought my car to this shop to put the catalytic converter guard, and the experience was excellent. With him I got a refurbished battery with a 1 year battery for $900. The price included a $75 fee for him coming to my house (which was great) and labor. Thus by far the best service I’ve ever received from any auto repair business. I brought in a 2016 Toyota Prius with 228k miles on it the team had never seen a Prius this new with that many miles in it. However I was in need of a total engine replacement. Adam and his team of experts made me feel at ease and explained the process from start to finish.
